Sunrisers Hyderabad won five games on the trot at one point, pushing for a top four place before it all came crashing down spectacularly. SRH have odds of 1.98 to win the match against Punjab to bow out of the season on a relative high.

PBKS, on the other hand, came with one of the best batting line-ups in the tournament, but unfortunately it was their batting itself that let them down in a few games. Punjab Kings won just six out of their 13 matches, the same as Sunrisers Hyderabad, in the IPL 2022 season. Unlike SRH, who at least threatened to make the top four, Punjab Kings were inconsistent throughout. SRH had quite a few positives to take with Umran Malik, Aiden Markram and Abhishek Sharma having breakthrough seasons. Punjab, meanwhile, found an underrated hero in Jitesh Sharma.
Sunrisers Hyderabad have been good with their bowling and are favourites to win this clash.

T Natarajan and Umran Malik: Both SRH quicks are eyeing a place in the Indian T20I side for their next international series. While Natarajan is looking to make a comeback, Umran is in line for a maiden call up.
Mayank Agarwal: Skipper Mayank Agarwal has had a relatively quiet season this time around, even moving down the order to No.5 to try and don a new role.
TIP: Jonny Bairstow is in good touch and likes pace on the ball, which SRH, his former franchise, gives. He has odds of 4.29 to be the top batter.
